The irc://irc.freenode.net/#postgresql channel hosts a helper bot called rtfm_please. Its commands are as follows:

To query the bot for URLs related to a subject,

??subject

To redirect the output of this query to a given user,

??subject > user

To teach the bot new URLs to associate with the subject(s),

?learn subject [subject, ...] url

It learns for each word in the subject. If you make a mistake,

?forget url
